1. Branch Manager I
- Education: BA, BSc, MA, MSc, or MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance operations, with at least 3 years serving in a senior position.

2. Senior Auditor
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant auditing experience. Direct experience within the insurance sector provides a significant competitive advantage.

3. Underwriting Officer II
- Education: BA, BSc, MA, MSc, or MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct experience specifically serving as an insurance Underwriter.
- Place of Work: Arba Minch Branch
4. Senior Training Officer
- Education: BA, MA, or MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM), Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Leadership, or related studies.
- Experience Thresholds:
- For BA Degree Holders: 5 years of relevant experience.
- For MA/MBA Holders: 3 years of relevant experience.
- Note: Prior training coordination experience in an insurance company is advantageous.

5. Content and Graphics Officer II
- Education: Bachelorโs Degree or College Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience Thresholds: 3 years for degree holders / 5 years for diploma holders in active multimedia design.
- Technical Skill Requirements:
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and core layout design suites.
- Experience producing print, digital, and social media creative assets.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design workflows and web content management systems (CMS).
- Generative AI Literacy: Proven capability in leveraging generative AI tools for visual asset generation (image and video synthesis).
- Video production, editing, and sound assembly skills.

6. Secretary / Cashier
