To support its scaling production output and maintain rigorous safety protocols, the company is actively recruiting qualified, detail-oriented professionals for three (3) immediate full-time openings at its central logistics and operations hub.

1. Quality Assurance (QA) Officer

  • Department: Food Safety & Quality Management
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Quality Management, or a closely related biological/chemical science discipline.
  • Experience Asset: Direct, practical experience in grain handling facilities, bulk food inspection, or agricultural quality control is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gatekeeping & Sampling: Conduct physical inspections of incoming raw maize delivery trucks; extract representative testing samples in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Metric Testing: Evaluate grain moisture content percentages, verify foreign matter density limits, and measure physical structural damage.
  • Contamination Screening: Meticulously screen incoming stock for mold growth, pest infestation patterns, color variations, and chemical or physical contaminants.
  • Disposition Decisions: Officially accept or reject incoming bulk agricultural materials based on testing outputs, document findings, and file corrective action reports for non-conforming loads.

2. Warehouse Coordinator

  • Department: Logistics & Inventory Control
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related operations track.
  • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of active service managing warehouse floors or industrial inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Control: Receive, physically inspect, and log inbound raw ingredients and packaging materials; oversee orderly placement in designated zone locations.
  • Stock Allocation: Securely issue raw materials to production lines and dispatch finished consumer goods to transit vectors based on authorized internal stock requests.
  • Ledger Integrity: Maintain real-time inventory records, conduct physical counts, track stock levels via spreadsheets, and preserve rigorous warehouse organization, safety, and hygiene.

3. Transport Coordinator

  • Department: Fleet Management & Distribution
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in transport routing, dispatch, or fleet logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch & Route Planning: Architect daily vehicle movement schedules, assign designated drivers to active routes, and balance delivery loads to control transit overheads.
  • Performance Tracking: Actively monitor transit windows, delivery status updates, and individual driver turnaround efficiencies.
  • Asset Integrity: Track comprehensive transport records, build fuel consumption efficiency charts, and coordinate with mechanics to ensure all fleet assets are fully maintained, serviced, and roadworthy.
