Position Summary & Scope of Work

As a Customer Service Officer (Maker), you will serve as the primary transactional face of the branch. Core duties include:

• Processing front-office customer service transactions, cash deposits, and withdrawals.
• Managing new account openings and updating client profile data.
• Executing payment and collection transactions through the bank’s core banking system.
• Directing initial customer inquiries and resolving service requests in alignment with corporate accounting standards.
