Ethiopian Airlines is currently seeking highly specialized professionals to fill two (2) technical and financial positions at its central hub in Addis Ababa.

Detailed Job Requirements & Responsibilities

1. Lenders & Investors Liaison Coordinator

  • Education: Minimum of a BSc or MSc Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or closely related financial fields.
  • Experience Framework:
    • Minimum of 8 years of total progressive financial experience.
    • A strict minimum of 2 years must be explicitly in project finance, focusing on Export Credit Agencies (ECA), Development Finance Institutions (DFI), Commercial Banks, and Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) funding.
  • Core Duties: Act as the primary corporate liaison for all international and domestic financial stakeholders. Manage high-level communications, financial reporting, and complex compliance documentation. Track, audit, and manage the fulfillment of all strict loan covenants and institutional disbursement requests.
  • Language Skill: Fluency in the official working language of Ethiopian Airlines (English) is mandatory. Proficiency in other foreign languages is highly desirable.

2. E-DMS Expert (Electronic Document Management System)

  • Education: Minimum of a BA or BSc Degree in Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, or related digital tracking disciplines.
  • Experience Framework: Minimum of 9 years of active, hands-on experience managing complex, enterprise-level Document Management Systems (such as Aconex, SharePoint, or ProjectWise), or related technical fields.
  • Core Duties: Manage underlying digital archive platforms, configure permissions matrixes, audit data indexing, optimize documentation workflows, and maintain file control security protocols for major aviation infrastructure projects.
  • Language Skill: Fluency in the working language of Ethiopian Airlines (English) is mandatory.
