Detailed Job Profiles & Structural Requirements

1. Senior Administrative Assistant

• Education: BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Service Management, or related professional business fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct post-graduation experience managing a corporate front office, executive correspondence, or administrative schedules.
• Core Competencies: Advanced filing architectures, complex scheduling, executive level data management, and high communication skills.
• Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

2. Administrative Assistant I

• Education & Experience Tiers:
  • BA Degree Holders: Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Service Management, or business-related fields with 3 years of related office administration experience.
  • College Diploma Holders: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Administrative Service Management with a minimum of 4 years of related operational office experience.
• Core Competencies: Routine business log keeping, office machine handling, and general computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
• Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
