Position 1: Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Officer
- Reports To: GESI Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Mainstreaming & Integration: Review, design, and implement gender-transformative approaches across all project cycles. Turn institutional gender policies into definitive field action plans.
- Advocacy & Workplace Safety: Champion feminist advocacy frameworks, organize regular internal “Women Spaces” for staff empowerment, and maintain a workplace environment entirely free of abuse or harassment.
- Monitoring & Disaggregated Data: Conduct rigorous monitoring visits using GESI-specific metric tools. Collect, dissect, and report quantitative data disaggregated by sex, age, disability, and vulnerable demographic markers.
- Accountability: Adhere to Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) frameworks and manage community safeguarding channels efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Master’s Degree (MA) or Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Human Rights, or a closely related field.
- Experience Thresholds:
- For MA/MSc Holders: 0 to 2 years of experience in social development sectors.
- For BA/BSc Holders: 2 to 3 years of experience in social science programs.
- Sector Focus: A minimum of 2 years of active service in a dedicated GESI or Gender Mainstreaming role within the Civil Society/NGO sector is mandatory.
Position 2: Procurement and Financial Documentation Officer
- Reports To: Finance and Admin Manager
- Employment Type: Full-Time (1-Year Contract with performance/budget-based extensions)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Acquisition: Execute annual procurement plans, issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs/RFPs), negotiate supplier contract terms, and manage the vetted corporate vendor database.
- Financial Upkeep & Compliance: Assist the finance unit by preparing accounting documents. Track and verify supplier invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers against authorized budget limits.
- Distribution Logistics: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure that purchased materials are systematically transported and safely distributed to target community groups on schedule.
- GESI Alignment: Cooperate with the GESI Coordinator to incorporate gender-sensitive accountability guidelines into standard supply chain procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Procurement and Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related business management track.
- Experience Thresholds:
- For specialized tracks (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance): 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience.
- For general Management degrees: 4 to 8 years of progressive operational procurement experience.
- Core Skills: Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comprehensive knowledge of contract enforcement, and strict adherence to supply chain ethics.
Position 3: Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Gather regional field data to draft, develop, and submit high-quality project proposals and concept notes to international donor networks.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Post-Graduate Degree (Master’s) or First Degree (Bachelor’s) in Health Science, Public Health, or related health development disciplines.
- Experience Thresholds:
- For Master’s Degree Holders: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- For First Degree (Bachelor’s) Holders: Minimum of 6 years of progressive program management experience.
- Sector Asset: Broad, proven experience coordinating health-related development and humanitarian operations within an NGO structure is highly valued. Proficient in English (written and verbal).
