Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) from a recognized university in any of the following fields:
    • Business Management
    • Management
    • Marketing Management
    • Economics
    • Insurance
    • Public Relations
    • International Relations
• Work Experience:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of DIRECT professional experience strictly in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, corporate relations, account management, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Direct work experience within insurance companies, consultancy firms, financial services, or development organizations is highly advantageous.
• Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Proficient proposal writing and business documentation skills.
  • High level of coordination, planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple corporate partnerships and priorities simultaneously under high standards of efficiency.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
