Contract, Engineering, Finance & HR Career Opportunities

1. Contract and Tender Administration Office Head

Leads contract administration, tenders, claims, and FIDIC compliance; requires B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, COTM, Quantity Surveying, or Procurement + 8–10 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role.

2. Office Engineer Head (Quantity: 1)

Supervises office engineering, scheduling, drawing reviews, and BOQs; requires B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or COTM + 10 years of experience (at least 4 years in a leadership role). Location: Addis Ababa Head Office.

3. Electromechanical Head (Quantity: 1)

Directs electromechanical/MEP operations, design reviews, and commissioning; requires B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering + 10 years of experience (at least 5 years in a leadership role). Location: Addis Ababa Head Office.

4. Senior Accountant (Quantity: 2)

Manages ledgers, reconciliations, payroll, and ERCA tax compliance; requires Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance + 5 to 9 years of accounting experience (construction sector preferred) and Peachtree proficiency. Location: Addis Ababa Head Office.

5. Senior HR Officer (Quantity: 1)

Manages recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and Ethiopian Labour Proclamation compliance; requires Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Management, or Business Administration + 5 to 9 years of HR experience (construction sector preferred). Location: Addis Ababa Head Office.
