Available Positions & Job Specifications
1. Field Sales Officer
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Office-Based with Field Outreach)
- Career Level: Junior (1 – 3 Years Experience)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a recognized university in Marketing Management or a related Social Science field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 (one) year and above of practical experience as a Field Sales Officer or Sales Consultant.
- Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain professional relationships with CSOs, networks, and local community initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate sales outreach in alignment with active marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand community preferences and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in community events to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage customer databases, sales records, and track performance against metrics.
- Required & Desired Skills: * Proven track record of working with local initiatives, networks, and community groups.

2. Junior Field Sales Officer

- Work Experience: 0 (Zero) years of experience (ideal for fresh graduates).
- Key Responsibilities: * Assist in lead generation and client identification through networking activities.
- Coordinate with senior sales and marketing teams to execute promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research to assess customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and present product/service details to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up to support client satisfaction, and assist in creating promotional materials.
- Attend industry networking functions and collaborate on cross-functional sales efforts.
