The National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is an independent and autonomous constitutional entity established in alignment with Article 102 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. NEBE is institutionalized to conduct free, fair, peaceful, and credible elections across the country, serving as a pillar for democratic governance.

Following structural reforms enacted by the House of Peoples’ Representatives, NEBE operates under a streamlined, professional management board composed of five full-time members. To further strengthen its regulatory oversight, ensure compliance with domestic laws, and elevate its administrative and political party management frameworks, NEBE invites highly competent, qualified, and motivated professionals to apply for the following open positions at its headquarters:
