Established to foster financial inclusion, the institution offers both financial and non-financial services—including affordable loans, savings products, and micro-insurance—to economically active poor and underserved middle-income populations across Ethiopia.

Akufada MFI S.C. invites qualified, experienced, and dedicated candidates to apply for the following open positions at its branch offices:

Open Positions & Specifications

1. Customer Service Officer (CSO)

• Required Quantity: 05 (Five)
• Places of Work: Arba Minch, Butajira, Debre Birhan, and Assela Branches
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields of study from a recognized university.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years and above relevant work experience in Microfinance Institutions, Commercial Banks, or financial sectors.
• Salary & Benefits: According to the company salary scale.

2. Cashier

• Required Quantity: 01 (One)
• Place of Work: Assela Branch
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related business fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year and above experience in Microfinance Institutions or related financial operations.
• Salary & Benefits: According to the company salary scale.
