Job Requirements & Competencies

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Marketing Management, Business Management, or related business fields.
• Work Experience: 0 years of experience (Fresh Graduates of 2025 & 2026).
• Required Skills & Attributes:
  • High adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve set performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Purpose of the Job

The Sales Representative is responsible for collecting orders for Awash Wine products, distributing POS (Point of Sale) materials, and supporting customers. The role holder ensures product availability, resolves outlet queries or complaints, and serves as the primary contact person between the company, agents, and local consumers to ensure smooth sales and distribution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the company within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with retail outlets and distributors.
• Service the existing customer base following a planned calling schedule.
• Address and resolve customer queries, objections, and complaints within expected timelines.
• Conduct daily follow-ups on the agent’s sales force and review delivery frequency per outlet.
• Drive daily sales volume to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Monitor product availability across all potential outlets within the territory.
• Advise retail outlets on First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation practices.
• Support agents to enhance sell-out performance and ensure route and price adherence.
• Ensure proper communication and compliance with the company’s Recommended Retail Prices (RRP).
• Prepare and submit accurate, timely sales and market reports.
