1. Officer, Network Support

• Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Bank to serve customers with minimal to no network interruptions by configuring and managing network IT infrastructure systems and the networking environment.
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s / B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, or any other relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at Officer Level II/III or equivalent.
• Required Skills: Cloud networking and file sharing.

2. Officer, Information Support Services

• Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring IT support is delivered to customers for assigned services, troubleshooting information systems, and conducting system upgrades and maintenance.
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s / B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at Officer Level II/III or equivalent.
• Required Skills: Cloud networking, file sharing, network administration, and data management (ERP/E-data systems).
