Position: Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Promotion Team Management.
2. Sales Plan and Sales Target achievement plan for the team.
3. Sales Promotional activities planning and execution.
4. New team members recruitment and sales territory build up and expansion.
5. Sales Business travel and touring for company Business achievement & growth.

Skill and Educational Background:

• BSc Degree in pharmacy with a license or COC, interested in working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to participate in the company’s extensive practical training and evaluation system.
• Communication and social skills.
• Literacy in basic computer skills.
• Hardworking and devoted to working in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
• Age: 22-30
