Position: Chief, Resource Management Officer

Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief, Resource Management Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling overall activities related to finance management, share management, human capital management, procurement, and facility management. The role involves designing comprehensive policies and procedures for human capital management, finance management, share management, and procurement and facility management. The Chief, Resource Management Officer is also responsible for providing strategic leadership, developing and executing strategies to support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, and designing an organizational culture aligned with the bank’s vision and mission.

Qualifications:

• MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/Business Administration or a related field with 11 years of relevant banking experience for MA/MBA/MSc holders, out of which 4 years should be in a senior management position. For BA/BSc holders, 13 years of relevant banking experience, out of which 5 years should be in a senior managerial position.
