- Skill and educational background:
- Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management or any other related fields

- Skill and educational background:
- MBA/MA in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 3.5 years of experience (or) BA in the same fields with 5.5 years of experience in relevant fields in the banking industry, of which at least 2 years in a relevant officer position.

3. Compliant Handling Officer
- Skill and educational background:
- BA/MBA/MA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent qualifications
- 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in the banking industry, of which at least one year in a relevant officer position.

4. Senior Communications Officer
- Skill and educational background:
- BA/MBA/MA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, or any other related fields
- 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in the banking industry, of which at least 2 years in a relevant officer position.

5. Branch Auditor
- Skill and educational background:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or any other related fields
- 3.5 years of experience in internal/external auditing, preferably in the banking industry.

6. Branch Manager C
- Skill and educational background:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related fields
- 6.5 years of experience (or) BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry, of which 2 years in a customer services manager grade B (or) 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.
