• Manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university
• Candidates must be fluent in Tigrinya or Oromiffa.
