1: Customer Service Officer
- Required No: 15
- Locations: Tepi, Adaba, Badessa, Haramaya & Jigjiga
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Two (2) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
2: Senior Customer Service Officer
- Required No: 6
- Locations: Addis Ababa, Adaba, Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya & Jigjiga
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Three (3) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
3: Branch Operation Supervisor
- Required No: 8
- Locations: Addis Ababa, Adaba, Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya, Jigjiga, Hawassa & Bale Robe
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Four (4) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
4: Branch Manager
- Required No: 5
- Duty Stations: Branches in Addis Ababa, Adaba, Tepi, Badessa & Haramaya
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Six (6) years of banking operation experience; with two years in supervisory positions. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
5: Reconciliation Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Two (2) years of banking operation experience and finance areas. Knowledge of IFB and IFRS will be advantageous.
6: Senior Reconciliation Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Four (4) years of banking operation experience and finance area. Knowledge of IFB and IFRS will be advantageous.
