1: Customer Service Officer

• Required No: 15
• Locations: Tepi, Adaba, Badessa, Haramaya & Jigjiga

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Two (2) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

2: Senior Customer Service Officer

• Required No: 6
• Locations: Addis Ababa, Adaba, Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya & Jigjiga

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Three (3) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

3: Branch Operation Supervisor

• Required No: 8
• Locations: Addis Ababa, Adaba, Tepi, Badessa, Haramaya, Jigjiga, Hawassa & Bale Robe

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Four (4) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

4: Branch Manager

• Required No: 5
• Duty Stations: Branches in Addis Ababa, Adaba, Tepi, Badessa & Haramaya

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Six (6) years of banking operation experience; with two years in supervisory positions. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

5: Reconciliation Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Two (2) years of banking operation experience and finance areas. Knowledge of IFB and IFRS will be advantageous.

6: Senior Reconciliation Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Four (4) years of banking operation experience and finance area. Knowledge of IFB and IFRS will be advantageous.
