The Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer is responsible for supporting branch banking operations and delivering quality customer service, including:

Assisting customers with banking products and services
Supporting branch sales and customer relationship activities
Processing basic banking transactions
Responding to customer inquiries and service requests
Promoting bank products and services to clients
Supporting daily branch operational activities

🎓 Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in:

Accounting
Finance
Management
Economics
Marketing
Public Administration
Related Business Fields

📅 Graduation Requirement

Only 2024 and 2025 graduates are eligible.

📊 GPA Requirement

Male applicants: Minimum 3.00 GPA
Female applicants: Minimum 2.75 GPA

🎯 Additional Requirements

Must be below 30 years of age
Must have passed the National Exit Examination
Afan Oromo language proficiency is mandatory
English and Amharic language skills are preferable
