1. Regional Security Officer

Requirements:

Degree in Security Management/Administration or any technical/business discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate security with leadership exposure.
Service in the discipline forces, preferably not below the rank of “captain” from the Military or its equivalent in the police service will be an added advantage.
General knowledge of Ethiopian Laws and Government Regulations pertaining to law enforcement.
Knowledge of the local language is desirable.

2. Regional Sales Manager (DFS)

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business administration, or Economics.
Over 6 years of experience in sales and territory management.
MBA qualification is an added advantage.
Sales or distribution strategy experience in fast-moving consumer goods is a plus.

3. Regional Liaison Officer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in political science/law/relevant field.
At least 1.5 years of working experience in a relationship management role in government or a corporate entity.
Knowledge of the local language is desirable.

4. Enterprise Regional Sales Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field.
Postgraduate certification in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
Strong teamwork, influence, and relationship management skills.
Ability to engage and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally.

5. Regional Maintenance Specialist

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering.
Understanding of basic telecommunications principles.
Understanding of basic business principles.
Knowledge of the local language is desirable.

6. Regional Manager Network Operations

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering and related

field of study.

Minimum 5 years of experience.
Any management degree (course) is preferred.
Project management methodologies.
Knowledge of local language is desirable.

7. Regional Network Quality Specialist

Requirements:

Electrical Engineering Degree.
Understanding of basic telecommunications principles.
Understanding of basic business principles.
Analytical and delivering results.
Knowledge of local language is desirable.

8. Regional Specialist Property Negotiator

Requirements:

Relevant 3-year Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Town Planning/Building Science.
GSM experience is desirable.
Knowledge of local language is desirable.

9. Regional Transmission Specialist

Requirements:

3-year Degree/National Diploma related to the engineering field.
5 years’ work experience in the telecoms industry specific to Transmission implementation planning and Transmission Systems.
Good knowledge & experience in the Microwave, Fiber, Router, Synchronisation, and Switches technologies.
Project Management skills & Advanced Excel knowledge.
Knowledge of local language is desirable.

10. Area Sales Manager

Requirements:

First Degree in Business Studies.
At least 3 years of experience in trade execution, preferably within the FMCG environment.
Knowledge of local language is desirable.

11. Regional Sales Manager

Requirements:

Degree in Humanities or Social Sciences.
7 to 10 years hands-on work experience in a Customer service environment.
At least 3 years of Supervisory/Team leadership experience.
Excellent knowledge of the Company’s products and services.
Knowledge of local language is desirable.
