1. Cashier Accountant

Location: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities:

Handle cash payments
Monthly invoicing assistance
Payments to vendors and vendor reconciliations
Debtors reconciliations
Monthly SAP TB reconciliation
Monthly Primavera TB reconciliations
Tax filing (monthly)
Monthly compliance reporting assistance
General office admin work
Payroll journals and reconciliation (monthly)
Reports preparation
GRC tool reporting
IFRS and GAAP reporting knowledge

Requirements:

BA in Accounting from a reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience
Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is advantageous
Able to work overtime and under pressure
Good computer skills

2. Operations Officer

Location: Goro behind Saudi Embassy, Addis Ababa

Salary: 20,275.00 ETB

Qty Req: 76

Purpose of Job: Manage end-to-end operations of the VAC, ensuring quality, cost savings, compliance to set processes, and efficient team management.

Responsibilities:

Document scrutiny and collection of visa processing applications
Handle customer queries via email, telephone, or in person
Manage cash and bank transactions
Record and maintain application data accurately
Administer passport delivery logistics
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Encourage applicants to provide feedback
Adhere to environment health and safety policies
Attend training programs and certifications

Requirements:

BA Degree in any field, preferably Social Science
0-2 years of experience, preferably in travel and tourism or service industry
Basic computer skills, MS Office proficiency, good typing speed
Fluency in English and/or Arabic; additional languages (Tigrigna, Afarigna, Somali, Oromiffa) are advantageous
