- General office admin work

Requirements:
- BA in Accounting from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is advantageous
- Able to work overtime and under pressure
- Good computer skills

Purpose of Job: Manage end-to-end operations of the VAC, ensuring quality, cost savings, compliance to set processes, and efficient team management.
Responsibilities:
- Document scrutiny and collection of visa processing applications
- Handle customer queries via email, telephone, or in person
- Manage cash and bank transactions
- Record and maintain application data accurately
- Administer passport delivery logistics
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback
- Adhere to environment health and safety policies
- Attend training programs and certifications
Requirements:
- BA Degree in any field, preferably Social Science
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably in travel and tourism or service industry
- Basic computer skills, MS Office proficiency, good typing speed
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic; additional languages (Tigrigna, Afarigna, Somali, Oromiffa) are advantageous
