Position: Receptionist (Front Desk)

Job Summary:

• Ensure an attractive, pleasant, and neat front desk area is maintained at all times.
• Receive and assist visitors courteously, answer queries, and provide information.
• Receive all incoming telephone calls, forward messages/documents to concerned staff.
• Make official phone calls on behalf of staff members, especially senior management staff.
• Regularly update and maintain internal telephone contact list and share updates.
• Arrange appointments, remind approaching appointments to concerned parties.
• Assist HR team in scheduling interviews for internal and external candidates.
• Assist in photocopying and binding of documents with utmost attention to confidentiality.
• Provide secretarial services to program and administrative staff when required.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree in Management, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Front Desk/Receptionist activities.
• Skills in email communication, internal outlook, and internet browsing.
• Fluency in English and Amharic languages.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Skill in the application of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and a team player.
