Qualifications and Experience:

BA Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
Familiarity with MFI industry’s rules and regulations
Excellent organizational skills

Competencies:

Good planning, organizing, analytical, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and empower others
Well-organized with the ability to act in a professional and ethical manner
Good skills in the use of computer applications
Good communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills.
