Job Summary:

The Branch Manager-External is responsible for leading and coordinating the marketing activities of all staff within the branch. The role involves supporting sustainable and profitable growth for the bank, improving branch operation efficiency, and resource utilization. The focus is on enhancing customer attraction, satisfaction, and retention through excellent customer service delivery.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance, economics & management, or other business-related fields.
2 years of supervisory level experience and 3 years as a branch in banking.
Full professional qualifications are desirable.
Specialist experience in the banking sector will be advantageous.

2. Bank Trainee-External

Location: Dire-Dawa, Kezira Branch, Dire Dawa, and Jijiga, Ahmed Gurey Branch, Somali
Salary: As per Shabelle Bank Scale Salary

The Bank Trainee-External will be responsible for various tasks such as handling cash transactions, attending to customers at the counter, processing account openings, and performing cross-selling activities of bank products.
