1. Manager Claims

• Number Required: 01
• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Experience:
  • 6 years of directly related experience in Reinsurance, of which 2 years are in managerial supervisory roles in the Reinsurance industry OR
  • 4 years of directly related experience in Reinsurance in senior roles
• Professional Qualification (CII, CIC, CISR, LOMA, Diploma, Certificate) is preferred.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

2. Senior Accountant

• Number Required: 01
• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance OR
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience:
  • 7 years of directly related experience in insurance or Reinsurance, of which 5 years are in an Accountant or Reinsurance Accountant role OR
  • 6 years of directly related experience in insurance or Reinsurance, of which 4 years are in an Accountant or Reinsurance Accountant role
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale
