Position: Nursing Team Supervisors – OT

Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: Basic Salary of 54,784 Birr
Employment Type: Full time

Summary of Position:

The Nursing Team Supervisor will plan, organize, and evaluate activities related to nursing and associated teams in accordance with MSF values, policies, and protocols to ensure quality care and continuity of nursing actions. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating nursing activities, performing nursing functions, managing the satellite pharmacy, ensuring hygiene protocols are followed, collecting reliable data, maintaining a safe hospital environment, and more.

MSF Section/Context-Specific Accountabilities:

Ensuring high-quality nursing care and proper functioning of the OT according to MSF Nursing Guidelines.
Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and paramedics to secure patient safety.
Supporting the OT team during staff absence or increased workload.
Maintaining collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH) or other actors.

Skill and Educational Background:

Nursing diploma or degree with additional OT course.
At least two years of experience as an OT Nurse.
Essential mission language proficiency, local language desirable.
Computer literacy, excellent writing, and communication skills.
