Position: Graduate Management Trainee – Operations

About the Role:

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to venture into the operational space and contribute to logistics operations in a dynamic environment. This role offers rotational assignments across different departments within the operation divisions, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of operational management systems and processes.

Requirements:

Relevant University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Well-organized and results-oriented individual.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand and adhere to clients’ service requirements.
Utilize standardized programs and tools effectively.
Report any non-conformity regarding customer merchandise.
Work within designated operating areas and follow operating procedures and safe practices.
Collaborate with the operations team on assigned projects such as standardization, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
Champion best practices and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Support projects to improve safety, quality culture, and environmental practices.
Ensure proper handling and safe usage of assigned equipment.
