Position: Graduate Management Trainee – Operations

About the Role:

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to venture into the operational space and contribute to logistics operations in a dynamic environment. This role offers rotational assignments across different departments within the operation divisions, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of operational management systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Well-organized and results-oriented individual.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to clients’ service requirements.
• Utilize standardized programs and tools effectively.
• Report any non-conformity regarding customer merchandise.
• Work within designated operating areas and follow operating procedures and safe practices.
• Collaborate with the operations team on assigned projects such as standardization, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
• Champion best practices and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support projects to improve safety, quality culture, and environmental practices.
• Ensure proper handling and safe usage of assigned equipment.
