Vittorio Chemical Industries Plc is seeking qualified and competent applicants for the position of Sales Representative.

1. Sales Representative

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door sales to promote company products and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Negotiate with potential clients and secure sales for the company’s products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Cultivate, secure, and maintain new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
• Provide price quotes to clients and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Address client concerns effectively and collect after-sales feedback.
• Achieve individual, team, and company sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to the immediate line manager.
• Required Number: 4 (Four)
• Salary: Monthly salary plus sales commission, offering a competitive compensation package.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, chemical engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the chemical industry.
• Proven record of door-to-door sales experience in the chemical industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage designated sales territory.
• Familiarity with industry and products such as ceramic joint fillers, adhesives, and waterproofing products.
