1. Senior Electrical Engineer (Procurement)

Job Summary:

The Senior Electrical Engineer (Procurement) will be responsible for efficiently managing all procurement activities related to Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV Systems, ICT materials, and electronics. This role involves ensuring the procurement of high-quality materials and equipment within budget and specified timelines. The engineer will compare vendors’ offers, negotiate prices, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for MEP materials, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV Systems, ICT materials, and electronics.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and specification requirements.
• Compare vendors’ offers financially and negotiate prices.
• Coordinate with the site for on-time delivery of materials.
• Maintain documentation for internal processes as per ISO Standards.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and track supplier/subcontractor performance.
• Visit sites, suppliers, and factories regularly as required.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, including 2 years in building installations and 2 years in procurement/sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
