Job Summary:

To support the CHRMEO in ensuring that we have sufficient employees of the right caliber to meet strategic HR ambitions. This will be achieved by providing a proactive, high-quality, and people-centered human resources service for AHRI across the full employment life cycle.

Skill and Educational Background:

Position Specifications:

• Experience: Zero (0) years
• Up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent interpersonal skills based on trust and integrity
• Ability to retain professional boundaries while working closely and effectively with a highly skilled and multicultural workforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of, and ability to apply, the principles of confidentiality
• Good IT skills, including the development of HR databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
• Proven ability to work both independently and productively as part of a team
• Good understanding and application of the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in an HR context

Education:

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Management only
• CGPA 3.00 and above for male applicants and 2.75 and above for female applicants
