About One Young World Summit:

The One Young World Summit gathers over 2,000 young leaders from 190+ countries to develop solutions to global challenges. Attendees connect, share learnings, and gain inspiration from prominent leaders in politics, business, and humanitarian fields. Delegates return as One Young World Ambassadors, empowered to drive change in their communities.

Financial Coverage Includes:

• Access to the One Young World Summit 2024.
• Hotel accommodation from September 17th to 21st.
• Catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Travel costs to and from Montréal (departure and return from the same international airport).

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for sponsorship, you must:

• Be between 18 – 30 years old.
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering positive change.
• Show leadership capacity.
• Address key local and/or global issues in your work.
• Have a track record of impactful and innovative ideas.
• Hold nationality in one of the listed African countries.

Selection Process:

• Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by mid-May 2024.
• Priority given to candidates from underrepresented countries and first-time Summit attendees.
