1. Manager, International Engagement Division (Re-Advertised)

Job Description:

The Manager, International Engagement Division will be responsible for leading the international engagement efforts of EthSwitch. They will oversee projects, manage relationships with international partners, and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization.

Skill and Educational Background:

• BA/MA/MBA in Economics, Management, Project Management, or related fields.
• 8/6 years of related work experience, with at least 3 years in senior officer positions.
• Competence in MS Office, communications, negotiation, and report writing.

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Number: 1
Salary: Gross Birr 105,000 – 109,000 Includes Attractive Benefits packages.

2. Senior Analytics Officer (Re-Advertised)

Job Description:

The Senior Analytics Officer will collaborate with various departments to enhance data-driven methods and improve overall business efficiency. They will conduct in-depth data analysis, identify trends and patterns, and provide innovative solutions to challenges in the digital payment ecosystem.

Skill and Educational Background:

• BA/MA/MBA/MSc in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 7/5 years of related work experience, with at least 2 years in officer positions.
• Competence in MS Office, Competency framework, programming, and critical thinking.

Salary: Gross Birr 70,000 – 73,000 Includes Attractive Benefits packages
