Open Positions

1. Graduate Paid Intern 5 Openings

📍 Place of Work	Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
💼 Employment Type	Internship (3 Months – Performance Extendable)
💰 Compensation	Monthly Paid Stipend
🎓 Eligible Degrees	Management, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering

Eligibility Requirements:

Graduation Timeline: Must have graduated in June 2026 only (Strictly).
Academic Standing: A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above is highly preferred.
Software Skills: Practical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal abilities, absolute integrity, and a positive professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily departmental operations and collaborate across various internal teams.
Assist in structural documentation, operational reporting, and basic administrative tasks.
Conduct assigned market research and localized operational data collection.
Actively participate in the company’s professional coaching and mentorship programs.

2. Junior Accountant – Life Claims 2 Openings

📍 Place of Work	Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
💼 Employment Type	Full-Time (Subject to a formal probation period)
🎓 Education	Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related business fields
⏳ Experience	Strictly 1–2 Years of proven accounting experience (Mandatory)

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Software Mastery: Proven experience utilizing accounting software like Peachtree, QuickBooks, or equivalent ERP systems. You must know how to properly record, post, and close accounts in Peachtree.
Core Accounting: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, manual data entry, systematic record-keeping, and financial procedures.
Local Regulations: Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations is a major added advantage.
Accuracy: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of mathematical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record life insurance claim payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare official payment vouchers, journal entries, and related financial accounting documents.
Verify claim payment requests and ensure all physical supporting documentation is complete.
Reconcile life claims accounts, monthly bank statements, and general ledger balances.
Assist management in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate financial reports.
Coordinate closely with the Life Claims Department and support internal/external audit processes.
