Biniget Group is inviting qualified and competent fresh graduates to apply for the position of Information Technology Support Specialist. This internship opportunity will provide direct technical assistance and support to Great Valley Center staff for software development, hardware and software issues.

Job Description:

• Experience: Fresh Graduate
• Location: Addis Ababa
• Number Required: 10

Responsibilities:

• Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
• Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
• Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
• Identify and report system issues to vendors and monitor resolution.
• Monitor antivirus software and updates, as well as backup systems and procedures.
• Record activities, solutions, and responses to service requests.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and technical documentation.
• Provide backup technical support for the network.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff and contribute to technical documentation and policy development.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, ICT, computer engineering, or related fields.
• Experience is not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
