Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and register potential customers.
• Present and advocate for the company’s online platforms to both existing and potential customers.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers, comprehending their needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide information regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments.
• Gather feedback from customers and provide precise sales reports to management.
• Continuously augment product knowledge and remain informed about new products and offerings.
