About AYF Fellowship 2024:

The AYF Fellowship in Japan offers a fully funded opportunity for young professionals to enhance personal and professional growth. Situated in Awaji Island, Japan, the program aims to gather brilliant minds from around the globe to work on global challenges faced by Japan and the world. Selected participants will spend 9 months on the island, working in a diverse environment and sharing ideas.

Program Details:

• Organizer: Awaji Youth Federation
• Eligibility: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students worldwide, aged 24 to 30, with 2 to 3 years of related field experience
• Objective: To bring positive change to Awaji Island and the world by nurturing global talent and fostering a diverse community of passionate young professionals
• Theme: Art & Music, PR and Marketing, Health and Wellness, Design and Technology

Financial Benefits:

• Monthly salary of JPY 197,000 (Base salary & Overtime)
