Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0 years of related experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the procurement process, from sourcing to delivery.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and agreements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their supply needs and requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the procurement process.
