1: IT Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Requirements:

• 1 year or more experience in IT support or administration.

Main Duties and Obligations:

• Knowledge of network protocols, security rules, and best practices.
• High accuracy in work.
• Checking email inbox and responding.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.

2: Printing Machine Operator

Skill and Educational Background:

• Diploma or Degree in any field of study.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as a machine operator and printing work.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Basic computer ability.
• Ability to operate Large format printing machine, CNC machine, Laser machine, and print and cut machine.

3: Graphic Designer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Certificate in graphics design.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a graphic designer or similar position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and other related software.
• Creative with the ability to avoid errors.
• Good communication skills.

4: Senior Accountant

Skill and Educational Background:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from a recognized university.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience for masters and 4 years of experience for BA diploma.
• Proven expertise in Peachtree accounting software is obligatory.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking all financial transactions.
• Maintaining office stock data and documents purchased and handed over supplies.
• Monitoring monthly income and expenditure and providing advice and guidance.
• Checking journal entries and postings.
• Assisting finance manager activities.
• Involvement in marketing activities.
