Job Description:

Server Engineering and Trading PLC, a dynamic import and export company, is offering exciting opportunities for new graduates to join our team as Sales Interns. Duties and Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and explore potential sales opportunities
Identify prospective clients, schedule appointments, conduct effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to secure new business across all service categories
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential buyers through product demonstrations and presentations
Collaborate with other sales representatives to meet company quotas and standards, conduct market research, and monitor competitor activities
Maintain accurate records and data, and coordinate with the team to ensure the delivery of quality services

Skills and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, with 0-2 years of experience
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proven work experience in a similar role, such as Business Development Representative or Sales Account Executive, is advantageous
Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calling
Track record of achieving sales targets
Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
