Siket Bank S.C. (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C.) invites qualified and interested applicants to apply for various positions as the bank transitions to providing full banking services.

About Siket Bank:

Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched and will continue providing microfinance services alongside full banking operations.

Vacant Positions:

1. Senior Facilities and HR Auditor

• Educational Background: Minimum BA degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience Requirement: 4 years of related experience.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

2. Senior IS System Auditor

• Educational Background: Minimum BSC degree in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Requirement: 4 years of related experience.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

3. Senior Audit Follow-Up Officer

• Educational Background: Minimum BA degree in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience Requirement: 4 years of related experience.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

4. Senior CRO

• Educational Background: Minimum BA degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Requirement: 4 years or more of related experience.
• Number Required: 4.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

5. Senior HR Performance Management Officer

• Educational Background: Minimum BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Project Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
• Experience Requirement: 4 years of related work experience.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office).

Selection Process:
