Singapore A STAR Graduate Scholarship 2025

The A STAR Graduate Scholarship (AGS) offers fully funded opportunities by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (ASTAR) for PhD or EngD applicants. International students with bachelor’s degrees are eligible to apply directly. This scholarship funds up to four years of PhD or EngD studies at autonomous universities in Singapore, with the possibility of pursuing post-doctoral training through the A STAR International fellowship after completion. Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to pursue Singaporean Citizenship.
