Position: Company Sales Representative

About the Role:

TTK PLC Industries is seeking enthusiastic and qualified sales representatives to join our successful sales team. As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in selling our products and services to customers. You will need a strong understanding of the sales process, the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. This role requires a quick learner with excellent negotiating skills who can present our offerings compellingly.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 0 years (experience is a plus)
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business fields or engineering fields
• Proven success rate at levels above sales quota

Objectives:

• Represent the company’s products and services using consumer research and in-depth knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies

Responsibilities:

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities
• Possess in-depth product knowledge to conduct demos and handle objections
• Prepare accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation for executive-level presentations
• Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process, including product demos and presentations
