Marie Stopes International Ethiopia is seeking qualified and competent applicants for the following vacant positions:

1. ICT Specialist

Skill and Educational Background:

• MSc/BSc in Computer Science, or Information Technology
• Experience: Two/Four years of practical experience in a similar capacity in the listed areas.
• Required Number: 01
• Duties/Tasks:
• Responsible for first-line user support and maintenance or troubleshooting of IT equipment
• Administers LAN/WAN systems, mail servers, application servers, etc.
• Installs and tests software updates and patch programs
• Identifies hardware and software needs, assists in customization, and performs requirement analysis
• Provides technical service, advice, and support to all users
• Conducts training and provides support on technical aspects of corporate applications
• Performs other IT-related assignments as required

2. Business Solution Advisor

Skill and Educational Background:

• MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience: Four/Six years of experience
• Required Number: 01

Duties/Tasks:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain appropriate Business Applications supporting critical business processes
• Develop, deploy, and maintain appropriate ICT Infrastructure and Connectivity solutions
• Develop, deploy, and maintain appropriate security systems for Network, Systems, and Data Security
• Develop, document, implement, test, and review Business Continuity Plan (Disaster Recovery Plan)
• Develop, deploy, and maintain network performance and security monitoring and reporting systems
• Establish operational procedures, tools, and resources for effective and timely delivery of technical support
• Work on further enhancement, integration, and deployment needs of core business solutions
• Ensure development of databases and data management solutions
• Collaborate with external developers/solution providers and MSI global team members
• Conduct other ICT-related assignments as required
