Position: Marketing Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: 10,000 – 20,000 ETB

Job Description:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Develop business contacts with clients, professional and industrial societies, higher educational institutions, counterparts abroad, etc.
Identify and pursue company business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with potential customers.
Utilize multimedia marketing techniques, using both digital and offline channels to reach company targets.
Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs.
Distribute promotional materials and other technical information relevant to promoting sales.
Perform all promotional activities necessary for promoting sales.
Manage all social media accounts.
Handle all aspects of content creation, including brainstorming ideas and creating engaging content.
Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and the company website.
Prepare graphics templates.
Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing team and overall company goals.

Skill and Educational Background:

Education: BA in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
