Position 1: Bank Trainee

Qualification: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates)
GPA: 2.50 and above
Year of Graduation: 2021 and above
Number of Vacant Posts: Two
Place of Work: Mizan Aman

Position 2: Customer Desk Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
Experience: 4 years of banking experience, with 2 years as a Junior Officer in Customer Service area
Place of Work: Head Office

Position 3: Banking Business Officer I

Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
Experience: 1 year of banking operation experience
Core Competencies:
Sales and Marketing
Customer Experience
IFB Product Knowledge
Problem Identification and Solution
Place of Work: Mizan Aman

Position 4: Senior Banking Business Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
Experience: 3 years of banking operation experience, with 2 years as Branch Banking Officer

Branch Operations
Sales and Marketing
Customer Experience
IFB Product Knowledge
Problem Identification and Solution
Place of Work: Mizan Aman

Additional Information:

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale and attractive benefit packages
