CARE Ethiopia is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to apply for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.
CARE began its operations in Ethiopia in 1984 in response to severe drought and famine. Over the years, CARE Ethiopia has expanded its initiatives to address the underlying causes of poverty and vulnerability. By transitioning to a program-based approach in 2008, CARE Ethiopia has significantly impacted policies, practices, and communities across the country.
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will play a crucial role in the implementation of the Uplift Her project in the Afar region. This project aims to enhance the health and well-being of vulnerable adolescent girls through targeted interventions addressing gender inequality and poverty reduction. The officer will be responsible for ensuring effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities in collaboration with the Friendship Support Association (FSA).
