Dream Land Construction invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant posts:

1. General Manager

• Skill and Educational Background:
• BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or other related fields.
• Experience: 15 years’ proven experience in the construction industry, with at least 7 years as a Project Manager on road and/or bridge projects and at least 5 years as a General Manager.
• Required Number: 02 (Two)
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Site Engineer

• Skill and Educational Background:
• BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or other related fields.
• Experience: 2 years’ experience as a Site Engineer on road and/or bridge projects, and at least 3 years as a Structural Engineer on bridge projects.
• Required Number: 03 (Three)
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3. Finance Manager

• Skill and Educational Background:
• BA/MA in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
• Experience: 6 years’ proven experience in the construction industry, with at least 4 years as a Project Accountant on road and/or bridge and/or building projects and at least 2 years as a Finance Head.
• Required Number: 02 (Two)
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

4. Structural Engineer

• Skill and Educational Background:
• BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or other related fields.
• Experience: 8 years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years as a Structural Engineer on road and/or bridge projects and at least 3 years as a Structural Engineer on bridge projects.
• Required Number: 03 (Three)
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

5. Accountant

• Skill and Educational Background:
• BA/MA in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
• Experience: 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years as a Project Accountant on road and/or bridge and building projects and at least 1 year as a Senior Accountant at Head Office.
• Required Number: 03 (Three)
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
