Position: Maintenance Planner Manager

Duty Station: Debre Birhan, Amhara

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role, preferably in FMCG.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and other departments to ensure maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
• Monitor and track the progress of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with schedules and plans.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and maintenance logs.
• Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out according to safety standards and regulations.
• Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Continuously improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
