• Position: Junior Human Resource Officer
• Location: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing personnel files and maintaining records.
• Record employee information in the company’s database.
• Prepare and issue company identification cards for employees.
• Draft various HR letters and communications.
• Assist in registering employees with Private Organizations’ Employees Social Security Agency.
• Support daily HR activities as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and Recruitment, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR or a related role.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail and good computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
