Position: Junior Human Resource Officer
Location: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing personnel files and maintaining records.
Record employee information in the company’s database.
Prepare and issue company identification cards for employees.
Draft various HR letters and communications.
Assist in registering employees with Private Organizations’ Employees Social Security Agency.
Support daily HR activities as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and Recruitment, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR or a related role.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Attention to detail and good computer skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
